Surrender the control of your thoughts and observe. Through meditation we learn how to switch to the objective viewer instead of the active doer. We reprogram ourselves to remember to just be. Meditation is emotional and mental hygiene regime. Somehow we have been taught how important it is to carry out physical hygiene, but we have been neglecting the other subtle molecular bodies hygiene that is also apart of us. Meditation assists us to defrag our mind and to make sure that the virtual diarrhoea we released in our minds are whipped and cleaned. My truth is that meditation should be a fundamental part of our everyday lives. There are so many different ways to meditate and we all do it naturally in some way or form already without knowing. So the irritation connected to not being able to meditate is just connected to an expectation we have on what we think meditation is or how it should look and feel.
